Weekly Winners… Oh I have missed you so!
And while I have been avoiding my camera and pretty much all life in general over the last couple of weeks, I have a feeling that my recent bit of shopping therapy may just have made my world a little brighter and perfectly camera-worthy.
After all, I just spent a "I'm gonna have to sell a kidney… and maybe a kid or two" amount on a shiny new professional digital SLR and two equally shiny lenses (it looked naked).
So let's make a date for next Sunday, alright?

I keep saving my extra money (I have lots of it… it's practically falling out of my butt, don't ya know) and saying to myself that I'm going to buy a new camera. Then, I spend it on frivolous things like camp for one of my kids, or Christmas presents or on at least one glorious occasion transferred it to my checking account so the grocery check wouldn't bounce.
Looking forward to seeing new pictures… but I don't have party panties. Can I still look?
