That Middle One turned four- yes, FOUR- yesterday. We braved the jungles of Nool, had umpteenth pounds of popcorn, came home to a hot dog and cheeto dinner (per request), followed up by sprinkled cupcakes in both vanilla and chocolate (also per request).
It was a lovely day.
Now I just have to figure out how to convince him that tomorrow isn't his birthday as well.

Sunday, 30 March, 2008 at 8:58Aw…I can't wait for Babyhead to be able to make his birthday decisions. Not only do I want him to be happy on his bday (especially since it is sooo close to christmas!) but I get tired of having to fight the ILs over where when and how we are going to celebrate…if he decides then that is ok and if they don't like it they can kiss my butt!
:-) Happy late birthday middle one!

Sunday, 30 March, 2008 at 11:01Lovely, all… My birthday was on the 17th, and I, too, had to convince myself that the next day wasn't going to be my birthday as well. And I'm 33. :)

Sunday, 30 March, 2008 at 15:38They way you've photographed those cupcakes makes me want to scream. But, oh wait! It's not the cupcakes or the photography that makes me want to scream. It's the sugar detox I am going through. Why do I have to gain weight when I eat sugar. No. No. No. Fair. Life sucks without sugar, yo!
The notecards are awesome. I'll send you my addy if you promise to send me one!
