Anyway, those parents of older kids? Yeah, them. When they tell you it gets harder as the kids get older? Yeah. So true. I look back on the preemie mommy decisions as so tiny now--the ones about breastfeeding and sleep and crying it out of co-sleeping, about starting strained carrots at 4 months or 8 months. Perpective. I hear you. And I still have a 1 year old in the house. But since he's baby number three he just rolls with the punches. And trust me, there's a lot of punches (metaphorical, people, slow down...put down your freaking phone call to DCFS)!
