Haven’t seen it but I’ll look for it!! Is it on HBO? I really enjoy your posts. Sorry I have not been blogging lately! There a great quotation (which I cannot find right now) about how it’s easy to tell the gentleman from the barbarian in war: a gentleman will never destroy art in the name of battle — or something like that. Of course, it’s much more poignant in the original, but your quotation reminded me of it…anyhoo…

Don’t have Showtime anymore so I haven’t been watching it but, I loved all of Philippa Gregory’s books after reading ‘The Other Boleyn Girl’ first.

I couldn’t agree with you more. I love Anne. I’ve loved her since I read The Other Boleyn Girl and then devoured every other Philippa Gregory novel dealing with the Tudor family. I keep telling myself to stop loving her so much because they’re going to kill her but I can’t help it.

I will cry when her head goes.

I only got to watch the first season and haven’t had a chance to catch up with the second. I have to admit, I was hatin’ on Anne for being the homewrecker. Looks like her character gets better in season 2 – now I have to watch!
